Operations Manager – Full Leaf Tea Company

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, communicative, organized Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day production, inventory, and fulfillment operations at our White City facility. You’ll manage our production and warehouse teams, keep inventory and supply chain running smoothly, and work closely with ownership to drive efficiency as we continue to grow. This is a role with real ownership and real impact. As Full Leaf expands, there is a clear path for this role to grow with it.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily inventory, production, packaging, blending, and fulfillment operations to ensure orders ship accurately and on time
  • Manage, schedule, and develop the production and warehouse team
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase throughput, reduce waste, and improve accuracy
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment in compliance with food safety standards
  • Track and report on key operational metrics including throughput, error rates, labor efficiency, and fulfillment costs
  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing and leadership team on new product launches and seasonal volume planning


Requirements

  • 2+ years of operations, production, warehouse, or fulfillment management experience
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a hands-on production or warehouse environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail: you catch issues before they become problems
  • Strong communication skills
  • A proactive, process-improvement mindset: you’re always looking for a better way
  • Comfort with inventory management systems and basic operational reporting
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an active production environment


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with USPS, FedEx, or high-volume e-commerce fulfillment is a strong plus
  • Food, beverage, CPG, or light manufacturing experience is a strong plus
