AGCO is seeking a highly talented Environmental, Health, and Safety Intern to join our dynamic Environmental, Health & Safety team in Beloit, Kansas. Join AGCO's team and make a meaningful impact on safety.

Your Impact

  • Support the development and implementation of safety programs and procedures that promote a strong safety culture across the facility.
  • Assist with ergonomic assessments and improvement initiatives to help create a safer and more efficient work environment.
  • Participate in safety and environmental audits to help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Review, update, and develop employee training materials that strengthen safety awareness and knowledge.
  • Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and workplace evaluations to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions. 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to commute to the Beloit, Kansas work location daily.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Interest in environmental health and safety practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Previous internship, co-op, campus leadership, or relevant part-time work experience is preferred.
