• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each client and develop personalized treatment plans that promote effective coping strategies.

Your work will encompass a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other emotional issues, you will utilize your skills to promote healing and positive change in the lives of your clients. Your approach will be tailored to the specific cultural and socio-economic backgrounds of the patients we serve in Norfolk, Virginia, ensuring that care is both relevant and impactful.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in Virginia is essential.
• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and effective communication skills.

While not mandatory, previous experience working in community health settings or with specific populations facing social and economic adversities will be highly regarded. Familiarity with documentation software and electronic health record systems will also be an advantage.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
