About the Opportunity: Mettle Ops is seeking an Administrative Manager I to provide administrative operations support to our on-site team at Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane. This position is the organizational foundation of our team's day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring that records, communications, documentation, and support functions are managed efficiently and in compliance with contract and Government requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position contingent upon contract award.

What You Will Do: You will manage administrative functions supporting a technical environmental compliance team operating across multiple program areas. Responsibilities include maintaining contractor personnel records and training documentation required under the SOW, supporting preparation and tracking of CDRLs and other contract deliverables, coordinating Government facility access requirements and National Agency Check (NAC) processing for new personnel, managing document control for regulatory submittals and correspondence, assisting in scheduling and preparation for Government meetings and post-award activities, supporting safety plan compliance and annual safety training documentation, and providing general administrative support to the Program Manager and Operations Manager as needed. You will also assist with purchasing coordination for ODCs and material procurement tracking in compliance with contract requirements.
