HVAC Service Technician, Residential | $28-38 hourly + spiffs | Overtime available

Position

We're seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential and light commercial systems up to 30 tons. This is a great opportunity for a strong residential technician looking to expand into light commercial HVAC work.

Hours and Pay:

  • $28-$40/hour + spiffs & bonuses
  • Monday-Friday | 40+ hours/week, Overtime available

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance and system evaluations
  • Work on select light commercial equipment (up to 30 tons)
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Maintain accurate service documentation using company-provided technology

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service or installation experience
  • Interest in learning or expanding into commercial HVAC service
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Texas Technician Registration
  • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
  • HVAC trade school training preferred
  • Commercial HVAC experience is a plus
