JOB SUMMARY:
Accomplishes department objectives by providing administrative support to others within the
department. Maintains an efficient office environment. Assist with incoming calls from
customers. Duties include providing back up to reception desk and phones.
KNOWLEDGE:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Operating office machines such as copiers, fax machines, etc.
Proficient typing and 10-key skills
ABILITIES:
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Excellent customer service skills
Organized and able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Able to make decisions and provide support to managers or directors
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND TRAINING: High school diploma or equivalent
