This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.Pay & Schedule* $26/hr or higher depending on experience + shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts)* 2nd shift premium $0.70/hr / 2pm -- 10-pm* 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 10pm -- 6am * Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as neededWhat You'll Do* Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines* Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs* Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime* Inspect product quality and minimize waste* Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement* Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safelyWhat You Need* 5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience* Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills* Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances* Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliablePhysical Requirements* Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs* Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue* Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipmentCENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYER
