$25/hr or higher depending on experience + shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts) 2nd shift premium $0.70/hr / 2pm -- 10-pm
3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 10pm -- 6am Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as neededWhat You'll Do
Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs
Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime Inspect product quality and minimize waste
Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safelyWhat You Need
5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliablePhysical Requirements
Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue* Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipmentCENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYER
Machine Adjuster Requirements/Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years direct envelope experience.
- Advanced mechanical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math skills and the ability to accurately read a ruler; basic computer skills.
- Flexibility required with machine assignment.
Machine Adjuster Physical Requirements & Work Environment:-
- Regular standing, walking, carrying, climbing, reaching, bending, stooping.
- Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 55 pounds with assistance.
- Exposure to production equipment, noise, hazardous materials (inks, solvents, glue, etc.).
- Must be able to work in hot or cold weather; Mental alertness to stop equipment.
- Ability to handle high-speed delivery output in a standing position for a full shift.
