Job Description
Dates of coverage:
March 13th 7:00am to March 17th 7:00am. Potential need for 1-2 weeks/month.
April 10th at7:00am through April 14th 7:00am
Schedule: 24hr call coverage with roughly 1-4 hrs onsite.

-24/7 on call covers for any newborn care from OB, admission consult from ED, or called for med surge for neonate and peds patients.
-Expected to round daily 1-4 hours (varies), and provider is the primary care for the newborn/peds patient.
-Provider MUST be comfortable with Neonatal resuscitation, intubation, lines, emergency meds to be able to stabilize and transfer if needed.
-Admissions per day: Roughly 1 per month through ED
-Patients per day: Varies depending on the day 0-6
Submission Requirements
  • Board Certified Pediatrics or IM/FM (If IM/FM, MUST have significant Peds and Neonatal experience) - Required
  • OR License - Required
  • 3-year Pediatric Residency program - Required
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP - Required
  • Availability at time of name clear - Must provide specific dates, if provider is available 1-2 weeks/month and cannot provide dates beyond a specific point due to schedules not being out, those details must be included. - Required
  • Clean Malpractice/background - Clean for quick credentialing March dates. ALL malpractice must be disclosed, including if the provider has any criminal history (This helps determine accurate start dates). - Required
  • Local, no flights - Highly Preferred
