Job description

Start date: As soon as credentialed
Schedule commitment: We have some limited availability coming up but are open to a two week on/two week off arrangement more immediately or in the near future. We are currently using PRN providers to fill our immediate needs but would love to have something more long-term.
Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend
Schedule: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off.
OR case days are Tuesday and Thursday. On Monday and Wednesday there are cases scheduled for ESI, pain management, etc. - depending on what the CRNA is privileged for. During the two weeks, the CRNA is on call for OB, trauma, emergency surgery needs and will need to be able to report to hospital in 20 minutes.
Specific Requirements: Prefer CRNAs that can do ESI injections, pain management
