Job description

An excellent career opportunity is currently available for an Intellectual Property Paralegal within Brady's Intellectual Property (IP) Department. Our IP Paralegal will provide general, day-to-day support for the IP Legal Team, to include the following key responsibilities.
  • Provide paralegal and administrative support to Brady's Intellectual Property (IP) Legal Team
  • Respond to general questions and inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders about Brady's legal and IP processes
  • Identify, create and drive implementation of system, program, and process improvements
  • Independently drive the Brady IP product review and patent prosecution processes
  • Prepare legal documents and reports
  • Manage intellectual property filings and docketing
