As a licensed and insured air-conditioning contractor in Florida, we prioritize improving indoor air quality. Highly detail-oriented, you'll take down customer information, record job details, and schedule appointments in ServiceTitan. You'll provide real-time support to the dispatchers and technicians as needed to keep our workdays smooth and productive. Additionally, you'll make outbound phone calls to respond to missed calls and follow up with online leads. You'll strive to convert leads into booked services, and you'll earn incentives for every successful appointment!
