Full-time

Posted 13 days ago

Job description

Tired of a capped salary? At Heritage Roofing & Construction, your paycheck is determined by your work ethic, not a corporate ladder. We are looking for hungry, competitive individuals to join our team as Roofing Consultant/Project Advisor. Whether you're a seasoned pro or looking to break into your first high-income sales role, we provide the blueprint, the training, and the leads to help you hit six figures in your first year. Why Join Heritage?
  • Uncapped Earning Potential: Top performers earn $150K+ in year one. Our elite reps clear $500K+.
  • Paid Training: Get paid while you learn the ropes from the best in the industry.
  • Fast-Track Promotion: We promote based on results, not seniority. Move into leadership in months, not years.
  • Culture & Perks: Frequent sales contests, luxury incentive trips, and a high-energy team environment.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package available after 60 days.

What You'll Do This is a boots-on-the-ground, face-to-face sales role. You aren't sitting behind a desk; you're out in the community helping homeowners.
  • Educate & Inspect: Meet homeowners, perform roof inspections, and guide them through the insurance claim process.
  • Lead Gen: Build your pipeline through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Close Deals: Turn inspections into projects and build a book of business.
  • Own Your Schedule: Work independently with the support of a world-class team.

Compensation
  • Training Phase (First 90 Days): Base pay + bonuses for every verified claim + commission.
  • Post-Training: Full uncapped commission structure-the sky is the limit.

Who You Are
  • Growth-Minded: You want a career, not just a job.
  • Resilient: You enjoy the challenge of "the hunt" and have a competitive spirit.
  • Mobile: You have a valid driver's license and a pick-up truck (or the ability to get one within 60 days).
  • Fearless: You're comfortable with heights (climbing ladders) and working outdoors.
  • Experience? Previous D2D, solar, or pest control experience is a plus, but if you have the right attitude, we will train you.

Ready to take control of your income? Apply today to join the Heritage team.
