Job description

Entry-Level Sales Representative

Location: In-person, Rockville, MD

Range: $45,000 – $150,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays

Hiring immediately

"I've never done sales"

Most of our team didn't either.

No experience doesn't mean you can't do this. It just means nobody's taught you yet.

We'll teach you how to open a conversation with a homeowner. How to ask the right questions and actually listen to the answers. How to handle an objection and how to take a no. Training camp every week, ride-alongs before you're ever on your own, and a manager whose job is getting you to your first close. You get a base salary the whole time you're learning, so you're not gambling on your first month.

Here's the only part we can't teach. Show up. Give it everything you've got. Keep going after somebody says no.

Do that, and we'll handle the rest.

Who we are

Presidential Exteriors is a top-rated home remodeling company serving Montgomery County and beyond. We're ranked #57 in the Top 200 HIP Home Remodeling Pros and named one of the Top 20 Fastest Growing Companies by the Washington Business Journal.

Our mission is simple: to be the best damn construction company there is. That means constantly improving our customers' homes along with our people, our systems, and our culture.

Our core values:

  • Integrity Always. Do what's right, every time.
  • Future Forward. Always grow, always learn.
  • Winning Culture. We work hard, win together, and celebrate success.
  • Employees First, Customers a Very Close Second. When we support our team, the results follow.
  • Presidential Pillars. The traits we look for, develop, and celebrate in every member of our team, all built on a foundation of Accountability: Discipline, Consistency, Grit, Leadership, Attitude, and Training.

The job itself

Every week you'll be in training camp sharpening communication, negotiation, and product knowledge. You'll carry personal and team goals, and you'll know exactly where you stand against them.

As you master the craft, you can move into mentoring and leadership. Promotions here go to people already in the building.

What it takes

  • You can talk to customers
  • You take feedback and use it the same day
  • You're consistent, not just occasionally great
  • You want to be the person training someone else in two years

No sales experience required. No degree required. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Wage range, benefits, and other compensation

Wage range: $45,000 – $150,000 per year.

Benefits offered:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Up to 4 weeks PTO annually
  • Paid parental leave
  • Paid training and leadership development

Other compensation offered:

  • Uncapped commission
  • Performance bonuses
  • Incentive trips, including luxury vacations for top performers and an annual company-paid trip to Mexico

Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and plan terms. Full details are provided during the hiring process.

What it's like here

Quarterly team events. Leadership conferences. Wellness programs. Luxury incentive trips for top performers. An annual company-paid trip to Mexico that you can bring a guest on.

And a floor full of people who make noise when someone closes.

We're hiring immediately and reviewing applications daily.
