Hope Builders Career Connections (HBCC) is seeking an enthusiastic, entry level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our partnerships and empower young adults to build brighter futures.
This position is hybrid, with the first 30-90 days in person at our Santa Ana, CA office. Must live within reasonable commutable distance of Santa Ana.
As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for new business opportunities - reaching out to potential healthcare and construction partners, sparking meaningful conversations, and helping connect them with our services. You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing development to grow into a full-cycle Account Executive role over time.
What You'll Do
  • Prospect and Engage: Reach out to potential partners through calls, emails, and networking
  • Qualify Leads: Identify and nurture organizations that would benefit from HBCC's workforce solutions
  • Support the Sales Process: Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and assist senior team members with client follow-ups
  • Learn and Grow: Participate in training and shadow experienced account managers to build your sales skills
  • Collaborate: Work closely with a supportive, high-energy team to help achieve shared goals
