  • Assist with check-in processes, donation support, attendee communication, and event materials.
  • Help track attendance, collect feedback, and support event performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members, event coordinators, and community leaders to ensure successful event execution.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to important community initiatives.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and grow professionally.
  • A high school diploma or GED required; college coursework or a degree is a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and special events.

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, volunteer programs, nonprofit organizations, marketing, or events is helpful but not required.
