Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract)
LaSalle Network is hiring an immediate Accounts Payable Specialist for a global manufacturing organization undergoing an exciting AP transformation initiative. This 6-month contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist who thrives in high-volume environments, enjoys working in Excel and wants to contribute to automation-focused process improvements.
This Accounts Payable Specialist role offers hands-on exposure to SAP, OCR automation initiatives and collaboration with a global finance team. If you're detail-oriented, organized and ready to jump into a fast-moving AP environment, we'd love to connect with you.
What's the job?

• Process 60-120+ invoices daily from shared AP inboxes
• Enter, review and validate invoice data within SAP or similar ERP systems
• Utilize Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, for reconciliation and reporting
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and support timely vendor payments
• Partner with a global Accounts Payable team on automation initiatives and process improvements
• Support ongoing AP transformation projects within a manufacturing environment

What's needed?

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• Experience working within SAP required
• Ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Availability to work onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays, with additional onsite training days as needed

• Compensation: $26-$30 per hour (depending on experience)
