Responsible for decomposing and translating user stories into new, effective solutions that integrate into a multi-systems environment for design, development and manufacturing of Micron's products. Collaborate with team members to estimate, analyze, design, develop, and test new functionality and define application requirements. Responsible for actively configuring SAP functionality and conducting demos for collaborators, customers, partners, and team members. Take initiative and ownership by working independently as well as in a team environment and have a strong desire to improve operational/business efficiency and the end user experience. Translate business needs into actionable IT / Agile work by collaborating directly with business and IT customers to understand and clarify requirements. Design and Architect scalable enterprise system solutions to align with business requirements in SAP. Serve as a technical authority within a master data domain with latitude for decision making. Applies expert knowledge of a single sub-function OR extensive knowledge of multiple sub-functions. Collaborate and lead multi-functional IT teams to document, configure, develop, implement, test, and deploy enterprise system solutions. Pro-actively analyze, solve, address, and resolve system and process issues, along with identifying and mitigating risks. Contribute to business & IT testing, training, risk analysis, group presentations, and status reporting. Build on strong customer relationships to understand customer expectations. Guide and support junior team members in crafting and implementing technology solutions while encouraging a culture of learning and growth within the team. Provide support in defining the business solution strategy in SAP Master Data Business areas, both from a technology and a business standard methodology standpoint.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in an engineer-related occupation. OR employer will accept 7 years of work experience in job offered or in an engineer-related occupation. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
Position requires:
1. SAP ABAP and HANA or related experience;
2. Designing, analyzing, developing, and implementing Master Data solutions across SAP Software roadmaps through close collaboration with business partners and internal technical partners;
3. Supply Chain Enterprise Master Data for SAP;
4. ERP, MDM, and PLM systems;
5. SAP MM, PP Master data Configurations;
6. SAP S/4 HANA, Snowflake, as well as non-SAP data sources, and data integration methods such as SAP PO/PI; and
7. Min 2 end-to-end SAP projects.
