Responsibilities

What could your first experience look like? 

You will have the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up through a robust onboarding program. The Sales Leadership Program is more than an entry-level role. It is designed as a career accelerator that builds the foundational experiences, capabilities, and exposure needed for future leadership opportunities within PepsiCo Canada. Through hands-on experience, cross-functional partnerships, and early people leadership opportunities, you will build the skills to influence business results, coach and develop others, and grow your leadership impact. 

What you'll be working on: 

  • Gaining in-market experience to learn the business from the ground up 

  • Leading teams, coaching and developing others, and building people leadership capabilities early in your career journey 

  • Influencing business results by partnering with customers to execute sales strategies, merchandise, build displays, manage inventory, and implement promotional events 

  • Partnering across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Teams, and other functions to understand how the business operates and wins in the market 

  • Learning how PepsiCo's OneCan approach brings our brands, customers, and sales strategies together to win in the market 

  • Understanding and implementing our go-to-market strategies, including Direct to Store Delivery, Warehouse Distribution, and Third-Party Carriers 

  • Using problem-solving skills to grow volume, revenue, and profitability 

  • Influencing and collaborating with the field sales team, key accounts, and customers to meet consumer demands within the region 

  • Leveraging analytical skills to conduct business reviews and present insights with key decision makers 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree expected to be completed, or completed within the last two years
