Job description

Red Deer Resort & Casino is seeking a part-time Casino Restaurant Support Staff member (Day and Night Shifts) to support our casino food and beverage operations. This role is ideal for a team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering an excellent guest experience.


This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who has recently turned 18, recently completed high school, or is entering the workforce and looking to gain valuable experience in hospitality, customer service, and food and beverage operations. Previous experience is not required-we are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.


This position includes day and night shifts from Thursday to Sunday.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation starts at minimum wage plus tip percentage based on hours.
  • An ideal entry-level opportunity to develop valuable hospitality and customer service experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
  • Support servers with side duties, including restocking, cleaning, and general service support.
  • Verify the accuracy and presentation of food orders before delivery.
  • Maintain clean and organized service areas and workstations.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams to support smooth operations.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
