We partner with nonprofit groups to support community-focused events and fundraising initiatives. Our mission is to help organizations expand awareness, strengthen donor relationships, and make a meaningful impact in the communities they serve—while also providing structured training and growth opportunities for entry-level professionals.

We are currently seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to support our outreach and event teams. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, delivering positive experiences, and building foundational skills in communication, customer relations, and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, professional support to event attendees, donors, and community members
  • Share information about nonprofit missions, campaigns, and fundraising goals
  • Assist with customer inquiries, feedback collection, and basic follow-up
  • Support on-site event teams with attendee engagement and service coordination
  • Help distribute informational and promotional materials
  • Maintain a positive, customer-focused presence at events and outreach activities
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and successful events
  • Represent nonprofit partners in a professional and enthusiastic manner

Qualifications:
