Job Summary:
Tutor Intelligence is an AI software company focused on developing technologies for robotics in factories and warehouses. They are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and deploy user interfaces and systems for their XR applications, enhancing the capabilities of robots in real-time environments.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design and implement control interfaces for real-world robotics systems
โ€ข Own projects end-to-end, from early concept and prototyping through production deployment
โ€ข Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Product, and Leadership to define and ship solutions
โ€ข Improve system reliability, scalability, and observability in production environments
โ€ข Debug complex systems-level issues across hardware and software
โ€ข Help shape technical direction, best practices, and team workflows as Tutor scales
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Strong foundations in Python and React
โ€ข Experience operating in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments
โ€ข Clear communicator who collaborates well across technical and non-technical teams
โ€ข Strong sense of ownership and a bias toward shipping meaningful work
