Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP/CRNP) - Primary Care | Full-Time | Mount Airy, MD
LifeBridge Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP/CRNP) to join our established outpatient primary care practice in Mount Airy, Maryland. This hospital-employed opportunity offers a collaborative, team-based environment where you'll work alongside board-certified Family Medicine physicians and experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

The Opportunity
  • 100% outpatient primary care - no inpatient responsibilities
  • No weekend or holiday clinic hours
  • Telephone call only with a shared 1:10 call schedule
  • Collaborate with experienced Family Medicine physicians and APPs
  • Practice in a modern, state-of-the-art medical pavilion with on-site specialty services for patients
  • Ambient AI documentation technology to reduce charting time and improve work-life balance
  • Supportive leadership with an emphasis on quality patient care

Compensation
  • Base salary: $110,000-$130,000, based on experience
  • Additional production and performance incentive bonuses

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of outpatient Primary Care experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, clinical, and collaborative skills
