Job Title: Order Picker/Material Handling Specialist (Entry-Level, No Experience Needed)
We are hiring Order Pickers to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Training provided.

Reports To: Warehouse Manager/Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)

Description: Manually move, pick, and scan materials in warehouses, loading docks, and storage facilities. Works in warehouses to select, prepare, and move customer orders for shipment, using electric pallet jacks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Pick and Stage Orders using warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Use Pallet Jack, Electric
  • Use of a wrapping machine
  • Verify accuracy by verifying SKUs, checking for damages, and updating inventory
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow SOPs and safety

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • No experience required
  • Regularly lift up to 20 lbs and 40-50 lbs occasionally
  • Must be detail-oriented
