Location: Timberlake, NC (onsite)
Schedule: Full-time | Non-Exempt

About the Role

Voltage is seeking motivated Production Associates to build wire harnesses to engineering specifications within our manufacturing operation. In this role, you will work under an Area Lead across key production areas including cutting, crimping, assembly, and testing. No prior wire harness experience is required-training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in hands-on environments and are committed to quality and precision.

What You'll Do
  • Build wire harnesses according to standard work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality standards.

  • Operate production equipment such as cutting machines, crimp presses, assembly fixtures, and test stations.

  • Perform self-inspections and first-article verification to ensure quality.

  • Identify and escalate quality issues, material defects, or equipment concerns.

  • Complete production tracking and system entries with training.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in alignment with 5S practices.

  • Participate in daily team meetings and continuous improvement activities.

  • Cross-train in multiple production areas to support operational flexibility.

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manual tasks.

  • Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail.

  • Ability to distinguish colors accurately (for wire coding).

  • Basic math and reading skills to follow work instructions and labels.

  • Willingness to learn and follow standardized processes.

  • Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.

  • Experience with wire harness assembly, electronics, or hand tools preferred.

  • Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards is a plus.
