Job Description
Best Ford is seeking a driven and personable Wholesale Parts Sales Representative to support our growing parts department. This individual will be responsible for managing and expanding our wholesale customer base, ensuring accurate and timely parts delivery, and maintaining detailed customer records. If you're proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent service, we want you on our team.

Work Requirements
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 Pm
  • Ability to Commute: Nashua, NH (Required)
  • Work Location: In person
Responsibilities
  • Visit assigned wholesale customers regularly to maintain strong business relationships
  • Prospect and develop new wholesale accounts in the Nashua and surrounding areas
  • Communicate parts orders to the counter team, noting whether items are in stock or require emergency status
  • Confirm delivery dates with customers for non-stock items before placing orders
  • Review special orders with the parts manager and obtain approval prior to processing
  • Obtain parts manager's approval for special pricing requests
  • Provide counter staff with accurate delivery instructions for outgoing orders
  • Follow up on orders to ensure prompt and accurate customer service
  • Submit completed call reports to management
  • Keep customer records updated in the DMS, including address or contact changes
  • Add new wholesale accounts to the DMS system
  • Attend training seminars and product updates when available
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
  • Offer the best possible customer experience, including hands-on product explanations when needed
  • Submit regular sales reports to management
  • Inform current and potential customers of product features, benefits, and promotions
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and effectively
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field
  • Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Proficient with DMS and general computer systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and product lines preferred
  • Self-motivated with a customer-first attitude
