As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate, motivated Product Presenter to join our team and take our innovative solutions to customers across the country.
This role is perfect for someone who is not only knowledgeable about fire detection systems but also has exceptional presentation and sales skills. If you have a flair for public speaking, a desire to travel, and the drive to make a real difference in safety, we want you to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Product Presentations & Sales: Deliver informative, persuasive presentations to potential clients in a variety of industries, demonstrating the life-saving value of our smoke and heat detection products.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in industries such as commercial real estate, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
  • Sales Development: Assist in generating new business, cultivating leads, and converting prospects into loyal customers.
  • Travel & Logistics: Regional travel in the Midwest to conduct in-person meetings, attend industry events, and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Client Education: Ensure clients are well-informed about the features, benefits, and applications of our fire detection solutions, answering questions and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure product knowledge is up-to-date and consistent with company messaging.
  • Provide Feedback: Share customer feedback and market insights with the team to continually improve products and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in Fire Safety or Related Fields: At least 2-3 years of experience in fire safety, fire detection systems, or a similar technical field. (Experience with smoke or heat detection products is a plus.)
  • Presentation & Sales Skills: Strong public speaking abilities and proven experience in sales and customer-facing roles.
  • Travel Availability: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays. Comfort with flexible travel schedules and driving long distances.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to a variety of audiences, from engineers to business owners.
  • Self-Driven: Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage your time and meet sales goals independently.
  • Technical Knowledge: Comfort with technical product demonstrations and an understanding of fire detection systems and their applications.
  • Driving Requirements: Ability to travel and drive

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comfortable with extended travel and overnight stays in various locations.
  • Ability to read CAD drawings
