Job Description
We're hiring an Associate Account Manager an entry-level position designed for recent graduates who want to build a career in sales and account management. This role is the first step toward becoming a full Account Manager. After completing your training and demonstrating success, you'll transition into managing your own portfolio of clients, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.
What you're responsible for:
  • Completing extensive hands-on training in the yard, gaining experience in material flow, safety protocols, and metal recycling logistics.
  • Supporting account managers with client relationships, pricing strategies, and account performance analysis.
