Position Summary...What you'll do...The Technology Support III serves as the primary onsite technology resource for Walmart's Washington, DC office, delivering exceptional end-user support while coordinating with partner technology teams to provide a seamless technology experience. This role also provides regional support for the Herndon office as business needs require.

The Tech Spot team, a vital part of the APEX organization, delivers timely and personalized technology support that associates rely on to stay connected and productive. This team focuses on enhancing associate productivity through effective problem solving, seamless operations and effective communication. Associates collaborate to reduce risks and drive continuous improvement, fostering a reliable support environment that upholds Walmart's commitment to operational excellence and associate success.

• Experience coordinating issues through resolution while working across multiple support organizations.

The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $169,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
