What You'll Do
  • Learn & Assist: Collaborate with experienced Design Consultants to support client projects, from space planning to product selection.
  • Engage Clients: Professionally greet guests, answer design inquiries, and introduce them to our design services and consultants.
  • Support Sales Activity: Input quotes and orders, assist in presentations, and handle smaller design transactions under management guidance.
  • Stay Inspired: Keep up with design and color trends to offer fresh ideas to both clients and team members.
  • Operations Support: Help maintain the Design Center's merchandising standards and assist in daily administrative and customer service tasks.
  • Prepare for Advancement: Build the foundation of client development, sales acumen, and design expertise necessary to transition into a Design Consultant role.

Who We're Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or design-related field (recent graduates welcome)
  • Experience: 2-4 years of retail, design, or sales experience, with a passion for home furnishings and client interaction.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Tech-savvy and eager to learn new platforms.
  • Attitude: High energy, polished presentation, and a genuine enthusiasm for building a career in design and customer experience.
  • Availability: Full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays. A valid driver's license or reliable transportation required.
