We develop and publish products principally through Rockstar Games, 2K, and Zynga. Our products are designed for console gaming systems, PC, and mobile, including smartphones and tablets. We deliver our products through physical retail, digital download, online platforms, and cloud streaming services. The Company's common stock is publicly traded on NASDAQ under the symbol TTWO. While our offices (physical and virtual) are casual and inviting, we are deeply committed to our core tenets of creativity, innovation and efficiency, and individual and team development opportunities. Our industry and business are continually evolving and fast-paced, providing numerous opportunities to learn and hone your skills. We work hard, but we also like to have fun, and believe that we provide a great place to come to work each day to pursue your passions.

THE CHALLENGE

As a seasoned ServiceNow IT Operations Implementation Specialist, you will execute our evolving Configuration Management Database (CMDB) strategy, governance, and infrastructure roadmap. You will build a foundational system from the ground up, engaging with CMDB product and data owners to navigate diverse viewpoints, establish clear standards, and foster a culture of data integrity. Your work will empower the organization with accurate, actionable insights into technology assets within a fast-paced, creative environment.

WHAT YOU'LL TAKE ON
  • Architect & Execute: Lead the implementation of CMDB and CSDM strategies, including the definition of CI classes, attributes, dependencies, and service mapping approaches.
  • Configure & Customize: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping, including MID servers, network/security settings, probes, patterns, and schedules.
  • Integrate & Automate: Build and maintain integrations via IntegrationHub, Service Graph Connectors, and scripted REST/SOAP APIs.
  • AI Innovation: Identify and implement high-impact opportunities for embedding GenAI and Agentic Workflows into IT Operations for alert analysis, remediation, and data anomaly detection.
  • Governance & Health: Oversee CMDB health maintenance, data normalization, and reconciliation processes to ensure a "self-healing" IT environment.
  • Collaborate: Act as a bridge between technical infrastructure and business stakeholders to translate complex operational challenges into scalable, AI-driven solutions.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Deep technical proficiency in the ServiceNow platform, including base system data structures and ITOM Visibility solutions.

  • Technical Skillset: Advanced JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, PowerShell, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.

    • Discovery: Expert-level knowledge of Discovery patterns, credentials, and error handling.
    • Frameworks: Strong understanding of ITSM, ITAM, VR, and ITIL (specifically CI and asset lifecycle management).
  • Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization (hypervisors, containerization), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

  • Data Mastery: Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and complex data quality governance.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills with a track record of driving consensus across diverse teams.

  • Emerging Tech: Demonstrated experience integrating AI/ML-assisted features and Agentic Workflows to enhance team productivity.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU
  • Great Company Culture. Ranked as one of the most creative and innovative places to work, creativity, innovation, efficiency, diversity and philanthropy are among the core tenets of our organization and are integral drivers of our continued success.
  • Growth: As a global entertainment company, we pride ourselves on creating environments where employees are encouraged to be themselves, inquisitive, collaborative and to grow within and around the company.
  • Work Hard, Play Hard. Our employees bond, blow-off steam, and flex some creative muscles - through corporate boot camp classes, company parties, game release events, monthly socials, and team challenges.
  • Benefits. Medical (HSA & FSA), dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan, commuter benefits, in-house wellness program, broad learning & development opportunities, a charitable giving platform with company match and more!
  • Perks. Fitness allowance, employee discount programs, free games & events and stocked pantries.
