POSITION OVERVIEW

As Sales Manager at Cross Realm, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and pipeline development to deal negotiation and closing. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping and executing our sales strategy, cultivating strong relationships with brand partners and agencies, and helping position Cross Realm as a leader in the creator and gaming space.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Outbound Prospecting: Proactively identify, research, and engage potential clients (game developers, publishers, and non-endemic brands) through outbound sales efforts
  • Inbound Lead Management: Manage and negotiate assigned inbound sales leads, guiding them through the sales process from initial inquiry to close
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and contracts that clearly communicate the value of partnering with Cross Realm
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, accurately tracking leads, prospects, and deals in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients and agency partners, serving as a primary point of contact for sales inquiries and negotiations
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with the Account Management team to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term client success


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the gaming, creator, or agency space
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker and problem-solver with a self-starter mentality
  • Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot is a plus)
  • Preferred to have an established network of contacts across both endemic (gaming/creator-focused) and non-endemic brands
