Job description

Behavioral Innovations – Carrollton Treatment Center

Entry-Level Behavioral Technician OR Experienced RBTs | Clinic-Based | Paid Training Provided

Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Whether you're new to ABA or already certified, we provide paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth.

Schedule: Centers operate 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, plus occasional half-day Saturdays. Full-time preferred; part-time requires open availability within these hours and at least 25 hrs/week (may vary by center).

What You'll Do
  • Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years)
  • Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and record behavioral data
  • Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
  • Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
  • Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment

Pay & Career Growth

Hourly Pay:

  • Entry Level (during training): $15.00/hr
  • RBT I (1–3 months certified): $16.00/hr
  • RBT II (3–6 months certified): $16.50/hr
  • RBT III (6–9 months certified): $18.00/hr
  • RBT IV (9–12 months certified): $19.00/hr
  • RBT V (12+ months certified): $20.00/hr
  • Senior RBT (12+ months at BI, client count dependent): $21.00/hr

Future BCBA Career Path: ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership

What We're Looking For

Required :

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation to the clinic
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified)
  • CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI)
  • Must complete and successfuly pass a background check, including child abuse registry clearance, and drug screening as a condition of employment

Preferred :

  • Active RBT certification
  • Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities
  • Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (to assist with client transitions and safety)
  • Ability to sit, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods during sessions
  • Ability to move quickly to respond to client safety needs, including occasional running
  • Visual and auditory alertness to monitor client behavior and environment
  • Ability to physically prompt or redirect clients as part of therapy protocols
