Job description

Music Industry Event Planners & A&R professionals organize and manage a variety of music-related events, from concerts and festivals to album release parties and industry networking events. Working within small dedicated and cross-functional teams, they coordinate logistics, maintain artist relations, scout talent, and ensure seamless event execution. This role often involves frequent regional travel and requires proficiency with social media, marketing platforms, and event planning tools.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for concerts, festivals, album releases, and networking events
  • Manage and nurture relationships with artists and talent
