About the Position 

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Associate. No prior sales experience is required—we provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and company-provided warm leads. 

In this remote role, you will meet with prospective clients through scheduled virtual appointments, educate them on supplemental benefit plans, recommend suitable coverage options, and assist with the online enrollment process. 

No cold calling. 
No door-to-door sales.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct scheduled virtual sales appointments with prospective clients thru zoom 
  • Build strong client relationships through professional communication 
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate supplemental benefit solutions 
  • Explain insurance coverage, products, and benefit options clearly 
  • Guide clients through the online enrollment and application process 
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation 
  • Follow company sales procedures and compliance guidelines 
  • Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings 
  • Meet individual performance and sales goals while providing excellent customer service 

Qualifications
