POSITION SUMMARY

Healthcare Facilities Management Group (HFMG) is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and motivated Social Media & Content Coordinator to support the social media efforts for its clients. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career marketing professional seeking hands-on experience in content creation, social media marketing, and community engagement.

Working closely with HFMG leadership and client stakeholders, you will create compelling multimedia content that supports branding, communications, and organizational objectives across HFMG's client portfolio.

  • Capture photo and video content at hospital events, community outreach activities, employee events, sponsorships, health fairs, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Visit assigned facilities on a regular basis month to capture and develop engaging content that highlights the organization's services, team members, culture, and mission.
  • Travel to company locations as needed to support content creation, brand awareness, and communication initiatives across the organization. Design social media graphics and marketing assets using Canva and other user-friendly design tools while maintaining established brand standards.
  • Write engaging social media captions and assist with the development of monthly content calendars.
  • Edit and prepare photos and basic short-form videos for social media platforms. Advanced video editing experience is not required but is a plus.
  • Participate in weekly marketing planning meetings to review upcoming campaigns, events, and content opportunities.
  • Organize and maintain a digital library of photos, videos, and creative assets.
  • Stay current on social media trends and recommend creative ideas that increase community engagement and brand awareness.
  • Perform other marketing and communications duties as assigned.
