Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Analyze digital content performance to guide strategy and accelerate growth of membership programs
  • Manage and maintain weekly and monthly reports across content and publishing verticals
  • Support marketing campaign analytics and attribution modeling
  • Build and update dashboards that communicate performance trends to cross-functional partners
  • Collaborate with brand teams and internal stakeholders to develop data-informed solutions that improve the member experience
  • Streamline operations by implementing tools and processes for the Memberships team
  • Produce ad-hoc analyses and business reports to support strategic decisions

Qualifications (What We're Looking For)

  • 2+ years of experience in business/marketing analysis, digital subscriptions, e-commerce, or marketing operations
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; experience with Google Analytics required
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and aggregating complex data
  • Naturally curious and solution-oriented, with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions and teams
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar
  • Experience with SQL a plus
  • Understanding of media and e-commerce performance metrics throughout the funnel
  • Hybrid role based in New York City; in-office presence required 4 days per week

The base salary for this role is between $66,000 - $80,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
