Wireless Sales Consultant (Telesales) | Wireless Zone | Authorized Verizon Retailer

Wireless Zone, A Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is the nation's largest wireless retail franchise with over 700 stores and growing. JH Cellular, one of Wireless Zone's top-performing franchise groups operating 12 locations across South Florida, is looking for a high-energy, results-driven individual to join our telesales team. What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and sell Verizon wireless plans, devices, and services over the phone
  • Use a consultative approach: ask the right questions, uncover needs, overcome objections, and close
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
  • Accurately enter customer and account information across multiple systems simultaneously
  • Stay current on Verizon's latest plans, promos, devices, and competitive landscape
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience on every call
What We're Looking For

  • 1 to 3 years of sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Comfortable on the phone, confident, clear, and personable
  • Self-motivated and competitive; you know your numbers and want to beat them
  • Able to multitask across screens, databases, and data entry tools
  • Positive attitude, punctual, and a team player
  • High School Diploma / GED required
