In this role, you will work with individuals who receive long-term settlement payments and are exploring options to convert those future payments into immediate cash through a court-approved process.
In this consultative sales role, you'll serve as a trusted guide- educating clients, answering questions, and helping them navigate important financial decisions during times of stress or transition. Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Customer Engagement & Lead Management
  • Contact warm leads and existing customers from the JG Wentworth database to understand their financial needs and present available solutions
  • Make 100-150 outbound calls per day to prospect new opportunities and respond to inbound inquiries
  • Build meaningful long-term relationships with customers-many clients return multiple times, allowing you to grow and maintain a strong book of business

Sales Process & Court-Guided Transactions
  • Educate clients on the structured settlement process with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
  • Build trust with individuals who may be under financial stress and seeking guidance
  • Review settlement details including payment schedules, annuity issuers, and eligibility to help determine which payments can be purchased and at what value
  • Guide clients through the legal process by collecting documentation and coordinating with internal legal teams
  • Manage follow-ups and maintain an organized sales pipeline for current and future transactions
  • Balance sales performance with compliance, integrity, and customer advocacy

Training & Development
  • Receive comprehensive training to ensure product mastery and sales success
  • Work in a structured environment where coaching, development, and performance growth are prioritized

Job Details:
  • Full Time,Onsite role in Chesterbrook, PA
  • Schedule of Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm
    • Each Sales Representative works one half of a Saturday per month and this is taken away from the week, consistently earning 40 hours
  • Eligible for Health Benefits: Medical, Life, Vision, Dental, HSA, and FSA
  • Eligible for 401K plus an Employer match
  • Eligible for Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays
  • Full Compensation Package: Base Salary plus Commission
    • Commission is a Fixed Dollar amount plus a Variable Percentage from Spread
    • Bonus on large settlement transactions
    • Average Annual Take Home: 75K-85K or above, can be 60K-75K first year
  • Positive team culture and sales floor environment, allowing for competition while maintaining an encouraging atmosphere.
  • Additional earning potential based off front end production through recognition of "Rep of the month", "Rep of the Quarter" and "Rep of the year"
