Minimum 2 years' experience in related field Ability to engage with engineers, other parts of the business and senior leaders Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Proficiency in extended Office 365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps Working knowledge of Office 365 app administration Working knowledge of user experience research and usability testing Working knowledge of Jira preferred You are a skilled problem solver, and you can turn a problem statement into an opportunity.
