Job Title: UX Researcher
Duration: 6 -12 Months Contract to hire
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $50/hr - $52/hr
Day-to-day responsibilities:



  • Plan and conduct user research using methods like interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand what needs to be researched and why

  • Turn business questions into clear research plans and actionable insights

  • Analyze user behavior, pain points, and feedback to improve product experience

  • Present research findings in a simple, clear way so teams can make better decisions

  • Create user personas, journey maps, and research reports based on findings

  • Support product decisions with data, not assumptions

  • Continuously gather user feedback to validate design changes and new features

  • Manage multiple research projects at the same time and meet deadlines

  • Ensure the user s voice is always represented in product discussions
