As an Onsite Physical Therapist in our outpatient office, you will work within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments for patients referred by physicians, developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Implementing evidence-based, tailored therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring function and mobility.
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Providing patient education on injury prevention and recovery, empowering individuals with the knowledge to manage their health.

  • Engaging actively in community outreach and promoting wellness through participation in local events.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the opportunity to treat patients across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
  • A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
  • Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively connect with patients and colleagues.
  • Basic word processing and computer proficiency for documentation and treatment planning.
Preferred Experience
