We are committed to training the right individual who demonstrates a strong desire to learn and a commitment to quality workmanship. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Complete splicing of fiber, coax, copper, and other cables to finish installations correctly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work truck and trailer to manage your splicing operations effectively.
  • Lay out projects accurately to ensure splicing is completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers on schedules, reporting, and project specifics.
  • Uphold the highest standards in maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
  • Engage in learning and applying knowledge of construction prints, splice schematics, and telecommunications network structure throughout projects.
  • Grow your skills in using advanced technological tools such as ArcGIS mapping systems for enhanced project management and execution.

  • No prior splicing experience requiredโ€”we believe in training motivated individuals ready to learn.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing quality workmanship.
