Job description

Executive is looking for ideal candidate who can work as an assistant and receptionist. Seeking full-time entry level candidate who is motivated and looking for a new opportunity as a legal assistant with an exciting growing legal practice. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, ready to work, and wants to try a career in the law.

CANDIDATE MUST SPEAK SPANISH!

Responsibilities include:
  • Administrative skills with excellent typing and grammar
  • Answering the phone.
  • Communicating with medical providers regarding patient medical record, and how to request bills/records
  • Interacting and meeting with clients. 
  • Excellent computer skills are required: word, excel, etc.
  • Proficient in reading, writing and speaking Spanish fluently required.
  • Hours are Mon-Fri. 
  • No experience required.
  • Maintaining law firm calendar.
  • Social media savvy.
