FOX Client Services is the Account Management team dedicated to delivering best-in-class service for our agency and brand partners. The team builds strong client relationships and collaborates with key internal stakeholders to refine support strategies,monitorandoptimizecampaign performance, and ensureaccurateinvoiceand revenue reporting.

We areseekinga highly organized and motivated Account Coordinator to join our team. In this entry level position, the Account Coordinator will play a key part in supporting client relationships, ensuringcampaignsrunsmoothly from start to finish, and helping deliver exceptional service that drives results.Working across all the FOX Sports, Entertainment and News, thereisgreat potentialfor growth and achievement within the organization.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Support Account Executive and Account Managers in the maintenance of Linear TV dealsbymaintainingan assigned book of business; enteringand confirmingall schedule detailsof orders(units, dates, dayparts, rotations, targeting, pricing).

  • Communicates across multipleinternaldepartmentsPricing & Planning, Traffic/Operations, Finance/AR, Research,Brand Partnerships,and other Client Services teammatestofacilitateflawlessdeal stewardship and campaign execution

  • Executeclient requested changes such asbrand allocations, commercial movement across weeks or dayparts,etcin a timely mannerand sending confirmations in the form of change notices with updated flowcharts

  • Executeinternal schedulechangese.g.programming changes, makegoodsetcand confirm changes to client

  • Partner with Commercial Ad Operations toobtain anymissingcommercialcreative

  • Assist AM in monitoringdelivery pacing; flagany accounts atriskfor under-delivery and books ADUs as needed

  • Pull pre- and/orpost-logsupon client request

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for agency/client assistants on schedules,capture client requests resolving issuesin a timely mannerwith clear follow-through.

  • Validate invoices against delivery and pricing; resolve discrepancies with Finance/AR.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Prior work or intern experience in media and/or related customer service

  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint

  • A keen eye toward process adherence to create a smooth workflow

  • Ability to clearlycommunicate,act with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines

  • Highly organized withexcellentattention to detail

  • A collaborative team player who works well with diverse groups

  • Proactive problem-solver who takesthe initiativeto address client needs

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $23.50-27.89 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
