What You'll Do
- Assist with the planning and design of roadway and transportation infrastructure projects
- Develop roadway geometry, construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Support drainage, utility, and transportation design efforts
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation
- Participate in field visits and construction observations
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and public agencies
- Attend client and public meetings and gain exposure to project delivery processes
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (or upcoming graduation) in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- 02+ years of transportation engineering experience, including internships or co-ops
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, or similar design software is a plus
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred

Our employees are the most critical part of ATCS. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $64,000 - $84,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, with a target 2% of the employee's annualized salary.
