Training Strategy Analyst
***This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance. ***
Cherokee Strategic Edge is seeking exceptionally qualified Training Strategy Analysts to develop training doctrine, Mission Essential Tasks and Military Intelligence Training Strategy for INSCOM units. The Training Strategy Analyst will leverage current and emerging training methodologies and standards for incorporation within doctrinal policies and procedures and utilize best practices and lessons learned within training and doctrine development cycle.

Training Strategy Analyst Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop, maintain, and / or deliver training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards
  • Provides lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.)
  • Review emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products
  • Develop and maintain training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government
  • Develop Mission Essential Tasks (MET) and MI Training Strategy for INSCOM units, including developing supporting collective tasks with associated Training and Evaluation Outlines (T&EOs)
  • Develop training Circulars for Above Corps (EAC) units
  • Develop training doctrine by incorporating multiple DA regulations and policy papers.
  • Leverage current and emerging training methodologies and standards for incorporation within doctrinal policies and procedures
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Training Strategy Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Active TS/SCI Security clearance
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of Army Military Intelligence experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years
  • Bachelor's degree desired
  • Experience in MI systems architecture
  • Familiarization with ATRRS, DTMS, Army Training Network
  • Experience in Army staffing actions, including OPORD, EXORD, and white paper formulation
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the activities required to meet mission requirements
  • Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and staying updated on developments in relevant fields
  • Ability to define comprehensive, innovative research approaches to contribute to high-level tasks
  • Ability to demonstrate In-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues, effectively communicating key findings
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
  • Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
