Entry Level Field Sales Representative
Are you someone who enjoys meeting new people, solving problems, and working independently? Do you like the idea of a job where every day is different and your effort directly impacts your success? If so, wed love to meet you.
At The SEALS, we help restaurants across the country keep their kitchens running smoothly through refrigeration gasket replacement, preventative maintenance, and commercial kitchen hardware solutions. Were a hardworking, supportive team that believes in taking care of our customers and each other.
No industry experience? Thats okay. Were willing to train the right person with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
What Youll Do
As an Entry Level Field Sales Representative, youll build relationships with restaurant customers while learning hands-on technical and sales skills. This role combines customer service, light installation work, and outside sales.
Your day-to-day may include:
  • Visiting restaurant customers in person
  • Building relationships with new and existing clients
  • Performing quarterly inspections and identifying customer needs
  • Installing refrigeration door gaskets and small kitchen hardware
  • Ordering and organizing supplies
  • Updating customer information and service notes in our system
  • Creating invoices for completed work
  • Helping customers find solutions that improve their operations
  • Growing your sales territory through excellent service and follow-up
