We are hiring a Ground Person to support our Mobile Asphalt Plant operations. This role assists with plant set up, maintenance and daily production activities to help delivery quality asphalt for road construction projects. This position is based out of town during the construction season and accommodations are provided. A minimum class 5 license is required.

Job Overview and Responsibilities

  • Assisting operators in operating asphalt plant machinery and equipment.
  • Transporting aggregates, asphalt, and additives within the plant premises.
  • Monitoring material quality during production to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Performing routine maintenance to keep asphalt plant running in optimal condition.
  • Comply with safe working procedures and practices.
  • Other duties as required.

This position requires a flexible work schedule including overtime, weekend and out of town work as required during the construction season (May - November)
