Responsibilities
  • Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews and candidate screenings.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with the District Manager.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates.
  • Track recruiting activity using CRM and recruiting tools.
  • Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Help build a strong talent pipeline for current and future opportunities.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
